The Spurs send Jazz a message by pounding them 106-83

This was never a game.  The Spurs shot 50% from the floor and raced out to an 87-60 lead after three quarters.  Deron Williams (11 points) and Gordan Giricek (11 points, 4 rebounds) led the way for the Jazz.  Mehmet Okur (10 points) and Paul Millsap (10 points, 5 rebounds) each pitched in.

The Jazz fell to 21-9 on the season after this beating.

Jazz look good in 102-92 victory over the Clippers

The big three for the Jazz were just too much for the Clippers to handle last night.  Carlos Boozer had an awesome game with 26 points and 10 rebounds.  Mehmet Okur had a very solid game with 24 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists.  Deron Williams had a solid game running the offense with 21 points and 7 assists.

The Jazz improved to 21-8 on the season with this win.

Jazz pull off tight win 100-97 over the Grizzlies

The Jazz hit the boards hard, outrebounding the Grizzlies 41-28 on their way to a tight victory.  Carlos Boozer had a monster game with 24 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists.  Mehmet Okur had a solid game with 20 points and 9 rebounds.  Deron Williams did a good job of leading the attack with 17 points and 9 assists.  Derek Fisher scored 11 points.  Ronnie Brewer added 10 points and 3 steals off the bench.

The Jazz improved to 20-8 on the season with this victory.

Jazz fall way behind in first half and can’t make it back in 101-89 loss to Bobcats

The Jazz fell behind 53-32 in the first half and could never make it back last night.  Carlos Boozer led the way for the Jazz with 22 points and 14 rebounds.  Mehmet Okur had another solid night with 19 points and 6 rebounds.  Deron Williams was busy with 15 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists.  Derek Fisher scored 11 points.  Andrei Kirilenko also had a busy night with 10 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists.

The Jazz fell to 19-8 on the season with this loss.

Remarkable 4th quarter leads Jazz to 112-106 victory over Hawks

Things were looking really bad for the Jazz at the start of the 4th quarter as they were down 93-72, but then the Jazz dominated the 4th quarter 40-13 to pull out an incredible victory!

Mehmet Okur was on fire!  He led the Jazz with 30 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, dished out 3 assists, stole the ball 3 times and blocked a shot.  Okur also hit 4 of 5 three-pointers in the victory.  Derek Fisher had a decent game with 18 points.  Carlos Boozer scored 13 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished out 4 assists.  Deron Williams scored 13 points and dished out 9 assists.  Andrei Kirilenko scored 12 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished out 5 assists.  Matt Harpring had a decent game off the bench with 11 points and 5 rebounds.

The Jazz improved to 19-7 with this amazing victory as they shot an amazing 55.7% from the floor.

Carlos Boozer is really playing well for the Jazz.  For the first time since Boozer stiffed the blind man in Cleveland, he’s earning his money.  Boozer is averaging 22.6 points, 12.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game so far this season.  Boozer also is hitting an incredible 56.9% from the floor. 

Jazz nipped 97-96 by Jazz

The Jazz shot poorly (36.7% from the floor) and got outrebounded 63-49 by the Knicks and that led to their loss.  Carlos Boozer had a great game with 23 points and 10 rebounds.  Deron Williams had another great game leading the offense with 23 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals.  Mehmet Okur had a decent game with 19 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists.  Derek Fisher scored 10 points.  Andrei Kirilenko had a good all-around game with 9 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 blocked shots.

The Jazz fell to 18-7 on the season with this loss.

Jazz win on road 104-94 over Indiana

The Jazz played great defense allowing the Pacers to only hit 36.5% of their shots from the floor.  The Jazz also did a good job of spreading the offense around.  Carlos Boozer led the way for the Jazz with 18 points and 11 rebounds.  Mehmet Okur also had a good game with 17 points and 7 rebounds.  Deron Williams did a good job of running the show with 17 points and 5 assists.  Derek Fisher (15 points) and Matt Harpring (12 points) each helped out on the offense.  Andrei Kirilenko had a solid game with 7 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 blocks.

The Jazz improved to 18-6 on the season with this win.

Jazz fall apart in 4th quarter and lose 98-97 at home to the Kings

The Jazz were winning 77-66 entering the 4th quarter, and then the Kings blasted them 32-20 in the 4th quarter!  Mehmet Okur led the way with 17 points and 4 rebounds.  Deron Williams had another fine game with 15 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists.  Carlos Boozer was tough around the glass with 14 points and 11 rebounds.  Gordan Giricek added 12 points off the bench.  Andrei Kirilenko was tough around the rim with 11 points, 11 rebounds and 3 blocked shots.

This was a tough loss for the Jazz who fall to 17-6 with this loss.

The Jazz blast the Clippers 105-86

The Jazz just went to LA and pushed the Clippers around.  Carlos Boozer had a fantastic game with 28 points, 15 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals.  Deron Williams had a great game running the offense with 28 points and 14 assists.  Mehmet Okur had a solid game with 18 points and 5 rebounds.  Andrei Kirilenko added 12 points and 6 rebounds.

The Jazz improved to 17-5 with this win.
