Utah Jazz 113, San Antonio Spurs 99

Blogged under General, Bloglockers, Game Recaps, Front Page by alleyoop on Friday 6 November 2009 at 8:32 am

The Jazz shot 53% from the floor last night and that was too much for the Spurs to overcome. Carlos Boozer had by far his best game of the season and he scored 27 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, dished out 3 assists, stole the ball twice and he blocked 2 shots. Deron Williams was outstanding running the offense as he finished up with 27 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists. Wes Matthews had by far the best NBA game of his career to date as he scored 12 points, grabbed 3 rebounds and he also stole the ball twice. The Jazz are now 2-3 on the season.

The Jazz desperately needed this win. It was fun to finally see them play up to their potential after the two 4th quarter meltdowns in the previous games.
